Community Access Getting out, staying connected and building confidence. +
Community life matters. Whether it is attending an appointment, joining a social group, exploring a hobby or simply getting out of the house, our support workers are there to make it happen.
We help participants feel comfortable, build confidence over time and take part in the community in a way that feels right for them.
What this can include
- Medical or allied health appointments
- Community groups, clubs and activities
- Hobbies, interests and social outings
- Confidence building in public and social settings
- Support at community events or planned outings
Daily Living Support Help with the everyday moments that matter most. +
Everyday tasks can feel easier with the right person beside you. We support routines calmly, respectfully and without rushing.
We take the time to understand each participant’s preferences, home life and the level of help they want.
What this can include
- Morning and evening routines
- Meal preparation and eating support
- Cleaning, laundry and household tasks
- Shopping, errands and personal organisation
- Building confidence with daily skills
Supported Independent Living (SIL) — Coming Soon Living independently, with the right support around you. +
Please note: SIL is a registration-required support under the NDIS. We are currently awaiting registration and cannot yet deliver SIL. Get in touch to discuss your needs and plan ahead.
SIL is about helping participants live as independently as possible in their own home or shared accommodation.
We work with participants, families and support coordinators to build consistent support around goals, routines, safety and independence.
What this can include
- Overnight and 24/7 support where required
- Help with daily tasks in the home
- Building independence over time
- Coordination with family and support teams
- Regular reviews to keep support suitable
Capacity Building Building skills and confidence at your own pace. +
Capacity building is focused on meaningful progress, helping participants develop skills, confidence and independence over time.
We work step by step toward practical goals that feel relevant to each participant’s life.
What this can include
- Life skills development and coaching
- Decision-making and self-advocacy support
- Social and communication skills
- Education or employment goal support
- Building routines that promote independence
High-Needs Support Consistent, structured care for complex needs. +
Some participants need a higher level of support, structure and consistency. We focus on calm, reliable support that respects the person and their routines.
Where required, we work closely with families, clinicians and support coordinators to make sure support is safe, appropriate and consistent.
What this can include
- Structured routines and supervision
- Support for complex personal care needs
- Behaviour-aware support approaches
- Clear communication with support teams
- Consistent workers where possible
Transport Assistance Safe, reliable help getting where you need to be. +
Getting around should not be a barrier to living your life. We support participants to attend appointments, community activities and essential errands safely and on time.
Transport support can be included as part of a participant’s overall support plan where funded.
What this can include
- Medical and allied health appointments
- Community activities and events
- Shopping and essential errands
- Accompanied travel for participants who need support on the go
