Before support begins
Approval, suitability and capacity must align
A preliminary enquiry is not confirmation that Lotus can commence SIL. Service commencement would require registration group 0138 approval, an appropriate support model, participant suitability, available capacity and all required safeguards, training and agreements.
Current position: Preliminary SIL enquiries only. No SIL commencement until the required registration approval is confirmed.
