Lotus welcomes self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed referrals across Canterbury-Bankstown, St George, the Sutherland Shire and Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, subject to suitability, capacity and approved registration scope.

Participants using self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed funding are welcome to enquire. Every referral is reviewed against the participant’s goals, support needs, location, available capacity and the registration groups relevant to the requested support.

These are the registration groups presently listed for Lotus Community Services. Individual services remain subject to participant suitability, capacity, relevant funding and any additional regulatory requirements.
SIL registration update: Our current listing includes Daily Tasks/Shared Living. Lotus is completing the audit and variation process for the new SIL registration group 0138. We welcome preliminary SIL enquiries only and will not commence SIL until the required approval is confirmed.
