Who we are

Lotus Community Services is an NDIS support provider based in Sydney, NSW, currently undergoing the registration process. We exist to provide high-quality, person-centred disability support that is built around each participant as an individual, not just their plan.
We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals to make sure every support we provide is clear, respectful and practical in real life. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, because we know that no two people are the same.
Our team is made up of dedicated support workers and staff who genuinely care about the people they work with. We take the time to get to know each participant, understand what matters to them, and show up consistently, shift after shift.
