Who we are

Lotus Community Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Sydney, NSW, delivering person-centred disability supports across our local service areas. We exist to provide high-quality, person-centred disability support that is built around each participant as an individual, not just their plan.
We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals to make sure every support we provide is clear, respectful and practical in real life. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, because we know that no two people are the same.
Our team is made up of dedicated support workers and staff who genuinely care about the people they work with. We take the time to get to know each participant, understand what matters to them, and show up consistently, shift after shift.

Lotus is locally led from Roselands. Our leadership team stays closely involved in participant onboarding, workforce matching, service quality and communication with families and Support Coordinators.
That means there is always a real person accountable for following up, resolving concerns and making sure agreed supports are delivered consistently.
