Referrals welcome
Referring someone to Lotus is simple.
Whether you're a support coordinator, a family member or a participant reaching out directly, we make the process as straightforward as possible.
Referrals made simple
Clear steps, fast communication.
We make it easier for support coordinators, families and participants to start the conversation and understand next steps.
Who can refer?
We welcome referrals from everyone.
You don't need to be a professional to refer someone to Lotus. We accept referrals from participants themselves, family members, carers, support coordinators, allied health professionals and other providers.
Please note: Lotus Community Services is currently awaiting NDIS registration. We can currently only support self-managed and plan-managed participants. We cannot yet work with agency-managed participants. If you are a support coordinator, please check the participant's plan management type before referring.
If you're not sure whether we can help or what supports might be available, reach out anyway. We're happy to have an initial conversation, answer your questions and help you figure out the right next step.
What happens next
